Job Objectives

a.) Production

• Leading the production successfully according financial target figures
  
• Profit & loss responsibility of the subsidiary
  
• Assure the liquidity and capital demand as well as secure the financing of the enterprise 
• Able to act & think cash-flow oriented and focused on commercial dealing
• Extensive knowledge of planning, organization of a production plant and exercising supervision considering the intercultural team on site
• Enhancement of the profitability and expansion of the existing production plant according market requests
• Complete integration and communication with the headquarter.
  

• Budget and target oriented operation
  
• Organization and controlling of the distribution activities in the regional business
• Setup and enhancement of the existing distribution structure
• Structuring of the distribution network
• Goal oriented management of the personnel in retail and project business (bonus, degree of performance etc.)
• The position is based on a long-term cooperation.

Qualifications

Professionelly

• Knowledge of the Western culture focussed on business conduct
• Strong ability to lead the production & sales team successfully on site
• The candidate must hold a degree in business administration. Technical education or technical studies are further required
• Previous relevant work experience as a General Manager in China with extensive knowledge of business management
• Previous relevant work experience abroad
• Experiences with the Chinese distribution market are advantageous
• Previous relevant work experience in the sanitarian industry would be appreciated
• Very good computer skills (MS Office)
• The candidate must be career-minded and flexible without restrictions.

• Excellent written and spoken English or German

• Ability to act and think in an entrepreneurial way including strong leadership skills. Be an example for the team on site
